• Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received in full. 
  • On payment of the invoice you agree to have read & understood all terms and conditions
  • Tours will go ahead with a minimum of 2 people booked or a maximum of 10. (Please enquire directly for groups of over 10)
  • A parent or caregiver will need to accompany anyone under the age of 18 y/o
  • Children 6 y/o or under join for free when accompanied by a minimum of two adults or caregivers


  • Please allow a total of 90 minutes for the duration of this experience
  • Experience can begin from around 45 minutes after sunset


  • Visibility is weather dependant & not all parts of the sky are guaranteed to be visible on the night of your booking
  • Minimum of 50% clear skies are required to operate to ensure you get value for money
  • All experiences are weather dependant so please have a backup date in mind when booking


  • Once booking has been confirmed, changes to booking are at the discretion of the experience provider
  • An admin fee of 5% is non-refundable for any refund given on request of client, due to weather related cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances. A transfer will be offered at the discretion of the provider. The admin fee will contribute to the total balance due if the client is to re-book.
  • If experience is unable to run due to weather conditions, the client will be given the option of a refund or booking transfer
  • Payment is non-refundable if booking is cancelled by client within 7 days of agreed commencement date. A booking transfer will be offered at the discretion of the provider.
  • A refund will be given if the client cancels booking at least one week (7 days) prior to the experience date
  • Once the experience has commenced, refunds will not be given if the experience is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. A transfer will be offered at the discretion of the provider.
  • A full refund will be given if the provider needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances


  • This experience is weather dependent.
  • In the event of cloud cover, rain, ice, snow and strong wind, the booking will be refunded or rescheduled subject to availability

Dress Code

  • It is the client’s responsibility to dress appropriately for the outdoors
  • Warm clothing, hat, gloves, socks and shoes are strongly recommended
  • Refunds will not be given for participants who fail to attend or leave early due to cold weather conditions


  • Clients are solely responsible for their own safety, comfort and wellbeing during the experience
  • The provider does not accept any responsibility for the client's personal discomfort, illness, injury or damage to client’s property
  • Disruptive or intoxicated individuals will be excluded from the experience and will not receive a refund
  • The provider will not tolerate harassment/abuse of any kind. Refunds will not be given if experience is cut short for these reasons
  • Reckless use of provider’s equipment causing damage may result in experience being cut short and client(s) will be charged for damages
  • Your provider is First Aid trained in case of injury or health related emergencies during the tour. Always call 111 in an emergency

Media disclosure

  • During this tour you may be offered to have a complementary photo taken, which will be distributed via a public Flickr account.
  • Should a photo be taken that includes you, by booking the tour you consent to the image’s use as marketing material and on social media platforms.
  • If you do not agree with this clause, please let me know before the tour commences so other arrangements can be made.
  • For exclusive use of unbranded images, there may be an additional fee per image.
